What 70-E does not cover is the danger from non-certified electrical equipment in the workplace, and what to do if you come across it. OSHA requires all electrical equipment in the workplace to be listed or labeled by a nationally approved testing laboratory, yet even OSHA rarely cites this law (29CFR1910.303a, 29CFR1910.399 definitions). 

For more information take a look at these articles, one has several examples of industrial equipment, the second deals with medical equipment. Any comments are welcomed.
